Issue Login not possible (User)

destan40

Basic Pleskian
I have installed Plesk Trial Version on clean Centos 7.6 suceccesfully and created a test account from my Adminaccount and specified user+password.

But i cant login with this credentials, i get:
"Error: You have entered incorrect username or password."

I changed the password again to rule out mistakes, but not changes...

Then i installed plesk on virtualbox VM, same problem here.. Login not possible..

This problem exists also with migrated cpanel account for testing (only one Account migrated)

But the Login credentials works for FTP

Logs:
ERR [panel] [Action Log] Failed login attempt with login 'test' from IP *****

Hello, there are two types of accounts - panel users and system users.
When you add new subscription you create a system user. It can login by SSH (if permission is granted and use FTP).
On the other hand you can create users that can login into panel - there are admin, additional administrators, customers (and resellers), and subscription users (open Users tab under subscription page and use Create account button)
