Question login page not found

hello i am a beginner with plesk not found,
can you tell me why when i enter : https://141.94.222.83:8443/ i have not the page login

Are you sure that Plesk installed correctly?
Have you tried to repair installation with

# plesk repair installation

?

i bought a plesk from OVH then i install node ,mongo db and Angular,
it works well in the first time and i can access to my plesk panel.
but now when i try to display login page : https://141.94.222.83:8443/ i got nothing
the same when i try to repair from https://141.94.222.83:8443/repair and enter credencial i got "access denied"

You could try with ssh the command `plesk repair web` and `plesk repair db`
