• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Login problem after upgrade from 10.3.1 to 10.4.4

New Pleskian
Hello,

I upgrade Plesk for windows form 10.3.1 to 10.4.4 from plesk Panel. Everything worked fine. After i restart the server and try to login with my admin password i get this error:

"Error: Unable to log you on. An internal error occurred in the Single Sign-on authorization engine. Please try logging in later, and contact your hosting service provider if the problem persists. "

I check with other users (not admin user) and i get the same error for all the users.

I searched for a solution but i could not find one.

Any ideas? Thanks

Marius

[Solved]

The problem was on the Server Settings >> Full hostname , it was changed six months ago after plesk installation.

In the file Plesk/admin/conf/sso/sso_config.ini , hostname in the file was with the old name (instalation hostname). After i edit with the new hostname everything worked fine, and i'm happy :).
