  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hey,

I hope someone is able to help please? Every day when I try to login to Plesk I keep getting a 500 error message. Please find this below.

ERROR: SWKeyExFatalError
error: Cannot open file

0: common_func.php3:4536
of_get_key_by_product(string 'plesk-unix')

1: common_func.php3:4536
getPleskKey()

2: common_func.php3:4615
getKeyProp(string 'demo')

3: auth.php3:48

But when I run the command below:

cd /etc/sw/
chown psaadm.swkey-data keys -R
/etc/rc.d/init.d/psa restart

It fixes the problem until the next day and I have to run the command again. Do you know what the problem might be please?

Thanks :)

Make sure that /etc/sw/keys/registry.xml has psaadm owner but not root.
Is it Plesk installed to Virtuozzo container? If yes - is it Debian container?
