Logs folder missing after update

mavera2

Basic Pleskian
I was using Plesk 12.0.18 Update #2
Yesterday my server provider changed my server disk and updated Plesk it to 12.0.18 Update #30.

Before change I was reaching logs folder like this:
/var/www/vhosts/example.com/logs/access_log

After change I searched disk and I found out that new path is like this:
/var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/logs/access_log

Is it because of Plesk update or does he changed a configuration setting ?
I was happy with previous configuration because I could reach log files by FTP, without root access.
Is there a setting for logs folder for access_log, error_log etc ?

Thank you.
