Logwatch reports Zone Update Refused

I just updated to 8.2.2 and it works great. But since the update, every morning logwatch reports;

Zone update refused:

--.--.--.-- (-----.com/IN): 504 Time(s)

notify question section contains no SOA: 2 Time(s)

I replaced the domain names and IP's with dashes. I checked the dns records and the domain has a soa record. dns is working fine. I'm a newbie, thanks for looking!
