Issue Lost emails from microsoft once inside server

Hi,

I have a problem with incoming emails from microsoft; once they are received, they get lost and cannot find them anywhere.
Emails can be seen going through MagicSpam as well as in the maillog but they never make it to the users' email folder. They get lost somewhere in between.
Whitelisted domains and IPs in MagicSpam and as well as disabled Milter to no avail.

Any idea anyone?
