Lost permissions on root folder for Pool’s Identity User

I found that my site does not work because AppDomain cannot start. It happens due to the site’s folder does not have permitted IWAM_... user at all. However, this user is generated by Plesk system and it is assigned in Pool’s Identity of my site. As result, asp.net cannot start.

Any ideas why this user was cleaned from the folder's permissions?
