• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Lost Web Pro edition interface

Baltasar

New Pleskian
After the last key update or plesk update, we don't know what make this behavior we lost the subscriptions menu so a few domains we can't administrate them right now.

This is and example how we saw the menu before:
PlesUIantes.png

and now looks only like this with a fewer options:
PleskUIagora.png

How can we solve it? Has there is already some clients asking for changes that we can do since those clients don't have access to the plesk panel ?
Thanks.

UPDATE:
Just to let everybody know that we solved this using this command line at the console:
plesk bin poweruser --off

but every time we click on "Retrieve Keys" on the "Plesk->License Management" gets stuck again on Power View mode and the option on "Plesk Appearance ->Interface Management" disappears, so need to do again that console command.

So is this really a bug from last version or some sort of mistake with our license?

We are running:
OS ‪Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS‬
Product Plesk Onyx
Version 17.8.11 Update #31, last updated on Nov 22, 2018 05:59 PM

The license should be correct for a Web Pro version otherwise the command will not be accepted since the normal version does not have subscriptions on the interface, right?
Also we have written on the license features "unlimited subscriptions".

Nope that doesn't solve, since after that if we retrieve the license puts the menus in power user mode again, so I have to fix back with the plesk "bin poweruser --off" command.
