Lot of mails in queue

I am getting a lot of mail in mail queue on my Plesk 7.5 server. Most of the messages are failure delivery mails. I have to manually delete mailq using ./qmHandler –Sfailure. I assume that there is some application installed on any of the domain hosted on the server, which is sending emails regularly. Please advice me how to handle this problem.
