Hey, how can i upload a docker container to my docker (running on plesk)

Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
Question MacOS | How can i upload my docker container from my Localmachine (macosx) to my plesk server without uploading it to dockerhub?

I already saw this post, but the post tells me how to upload a container from docker hub or just tells upload from your local machine. My question is how i can upload the container from my local machine (i don't know how i can find the container)Maybe this can help you?
