  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Question Mail access log

vincentjm

New Pleskian
Hi!

I am currently with a customer who's had some of their mails deleted. They wanna know who deleted those mails, is there a way to see who has accessed/deleted mails (e.g. log file)?

This happened inside of Outlook, maybe Outlook has a native solution to this?

Cheers,
Vincent

If you are using Windows, the log files are stored in subfolders of the Temp folder. By default, your Temp folder is located in your \AppData\Local folder:

c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp
