Question mail - disable forwarding to specific domains

Plesk version and microupdate number

is there way to set list of domains like [Prohibited Domain Names] so clients can't setup mail forward to that domains?
Primary I want to block forward to free mail services like gmail.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com, yahoo.com and similar.
I have tested extension [Internal Mail-Forwarding only] but it is not what I look for.

This functionality is not implemented in Plesk yet. Vote for this feature on the Plesk User Voice portal. The top-ranked suggestions are going to be implemented in the next Plesk versions.
