I just joined the forum and need some help if someone has the time and knowledge.
We just got our server going over the weekend and it has been mostly smooth sailing.
One and only one of the email addresses that I set up did not work initially. I deleted and reentered it and it somewhat works. We have two URLs that our customers can use interchangeably. They can give their address as "joe@URL1" or "joe@URL2" and they will receive the email when they query the server.
This one email address will only receive emails directed to his address@URL2. When you send to the other address (joe@URL1), it doesn't come through.
Any ideas????
