.NET webmail is not working.

When I choose .NET as webmail from mail enable and application pool as mail enable it says that "service unavaileble" and if I choose plesk 2.0 pool it says

Server Application Unavailable
The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur.


WHAT MUST I DO TO MAKE THE .NET WEBMAIL TO WORK?
 
Server Application Unavailable means that application pool is down.
Try to move webmail application to dedicated pool
 
Hi, I has the same problem in my Server (w2003 SP1, IIS 6.0, .net 1.1, PLESK 7.5.6) I tried to find a solution in mailenable forum, but nothing.

What can I do ??????
