mail enable webmail problem

Hi,

when i choose mail enable webmail as webmail in plesk for a domain, then when i try to browse webmail.Domainname.tld, then it does not load login page, it seems it stuck it do not load webmail and do not show any error! what can i do to solve this problem?
 
Does it work with horde webmail? Have you found any related error messages in logs?

yes, horde and atmail work, just mail enable webmail not work, i checked logs, no error i found, but can you please tell me where could be logs related to not loading mewebmail located?
 
Try to find something useful in MailEnable logs %plesk_dir%\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Logging and IIS logs: Windows Event Viewer or domain logs: %plesk_vhosts%\<domain.name>\statistics\logs\<SITE ID>

I checked: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Logging i found no log for webmail!
I checked C:\Inetpub\vhosts\webmail and C:\Inetpub\vhosts\webmail\mewebmail there was no statistics or logs folder!

Thanks for your helps, i finally found where is log files and I removed all last log files while i couldnt find anything important on it and then reboot server and tried to open webmail again and log files is :

Also i mention log files for mailenable webmail was located at C:\Inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC7
 
It is just useless access log. No any useful error messages here.
