Mail failure after backup

Hi,

I have migrated from a server with plesk 8.6 to another one with 9.0.1
It was a pain because there is no migration tool. Ok.

Now we have about 50 clients. I now try to schedule internal backups of my clients on weekly basis.

First strange thing: I program the backup at night hours but the server does the first backup 10 minutes later.

And now the problem: few hours later the domains mail of the client becomes failure:

Remote host said: 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts; no valid cert for gatewaying (#5.7.1)

Mar 3 19:15:28 host qmail: 1236104128.022242 delivery 12: failure: Sorry._Although_I'm_listed_as_a_best-preference_MX_or_A_for_that_host,/it_isn't_in_my_control/locals_file,_so_I_don't_treat_it_as_local._(#5.4.6)/

Only solution i have found is to deactivate the mail service of the domain and reactivate again.

The fail occurs only once in each domain.

¿may be related to the option "domains unavailable while backup process"?

Had same problem, problem solved 10 Min. agoo

I used these two treads:

http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=85580&highlight=553+error
http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=85529

1. Replace /var/qmail/bin/tcp-env
2. Don't forget to chown to the correct user:group (compare List) and to restart Server

and good luck.

Attached is a copy of the file from a 8.6 version of Plesk from a OpenSuse 11.1

Don't forget to read this one: http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=87224&highlight=qmail

It's exactly how I feel. And the reasen why I'm looking for a alternative to Para Plesk.
