Mail forwarding to a program

Hi,

I need to forward emails sent to my support address to a script.
I have created in Plesk the mail account [email protected]
However, Plesk only allows me to redirect mails from this account to another email address and not a program.

Would you have an idea on how to do that then?
I tried creating a .qmail-support in /var/qmail/alias but nothing happens (could be that Plesk overrides the qmail config).

Thanks for your help as my project is now stuck because of that.

You can pipe the email to your script by modifying the .qmail file for that user, located in:
/var/qmail/mailnames/yourdomain.com/support
