mail groups not forwarding

am I doing something wrong? I added some external emails to the email groups for a domain and enabled it, but they are not getting the email when sent to the domain address email. Only the domain email is because I have the mailbox setup. should i have the mailbox disabled or something? what am I doing wrong.

You are probably doing nothing wrong. A common issue with mail groups in Plesk is that the email, when forwarded remotely, still has the same To: address (that is, it is not rewritten to the email address it's being forwarded to) and therefore it appears to be spam at the receiving end. For example, you send a mail to the mailgroup [email protected]. You've configured that mail group to forward, to, say, [email protected]. When the mail gets to the hotmail.com server, it either rejects it or marks it as spam because it thinks "I don't serve mail for [email protected]".

I have not found a solution for these issues. Even Plesk redirects have these same issues.
 
oh I understand now, yes that is it, the spam filters are catching /rejecting it....This is not good, I hope they are working on it. As this is how I run my domains.

It is hit or miss weather or not they go through, a few domains just never get the email!!

what can we do?

Dis is outrageous. email system will collapse in about 1 year if dis continues!

how can i see the mail queue in plesk.
