Mail Groups not working

Hi all,

i ve a serious problem i cannot track further. btw. i am new to plesk but long system admin.

i created a mailaddress say [email protected].

i did not enable mailbox. i added 2 mail adresses to "mail groups"
to which i want mail to be replicated / forwarded.

i enables mail group.

however emails are NOT received at the target email adresses.

maybe because the above [email protected] was before an alias of another address, but this was deleted.

is this a known prob, and how can i repair it or track the error further. otherwise everything is working normally.
