  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi all.

Struggling to get mail import bringing in 'Sent' mail from cPanel. Seems hit or miss.

Some account 'Sent' messages are coming over into Plesk accounts but others aren't. i.e. user-a, imports everything (inbox & sent) user-b, only imports the inbox. Even though the folders are named the same in both cPanel Roundcube and Plesk Roundcube, i.e. 'Sent'.

I've tried creating new folders and dragging the sent messages from 'Sent' in cPanel Roundcube to the new folder but the Plesk Mail Import tool isn't creating/copying the new folder either.

Does anyone have any clues?
