• The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Mail Problems with Mac and PC

I installed a new server with Plesk 7.5 about 6 months ago and have had random problems with email on both Mac and PC.

Most recently on a mac the user sent out 3 emails with attachments (no filesize restriction) and the messages sat in her inbox for about 12 hours before they went out.

We tried restarting the computer and mail client (I-Mail), which did not solve the problem. Now she is timing out when tryling to view new messages.

She is setup using IMAP mail. Any suggestions??

you might post this in the plesk for windows section. I believe Imail is win only, you might get more help there. ;)

Thanks for the suggestion but... I-Mail is a mail client that runs on the Mac. The server is on BSD running plesk for UNIX. Not sure the windows people can help me out.
