Mail rejected after 9.5.2 upgrade: Permission denied

After Plesk upgrade, I can see in the log the following errors and the qmail is rejecting the mails to origin.
I'm using 9.5.2 on Debian x64

May 13 10:42:57 XXXX qmail-local-handlers[7347]: Unable to stat entry '/opt/psa/handlers/info/10-spam-UgFSO0/executable' or it is not link: Permission denied
May 13 10:42:57 XXXX qmail-local-handlers[7347]: call_handlers: stop call handlers from dir '/opt/psa/handlers/before-local/recipient/[email protected]'

Any idea?

Try to correct permissions with

# chmod a+rw /usr/local/psa/handlers/spool
