Issue Mail Server Blacklist Not Blocking Domains

I have set some domains in Tools & Settings/Mail Server Settings/Black List; however, I still get emails from one of the blacklisted domains. Is there an issue with that blacklist feature or is there another setting I am missing?

pls. don't forget to provide the following informations, if you desire help from the Plesk Community:

YOUR current used operating system
YOUR current used Plesk version

( simply use the command "plesk version" over the command line, logged in as user "root" over SSH, for such informations! )​

YOUR current used mail - server
CORRESPONDING log - entries from your mail - log(s)

In addition, it could make sense to include your mail - server - configuration files, so that people willing to help you with the investigations, have something to start with their investigations. ​

No, there are no known issues and the feature works as expected on all servers I administrate.
