Mail Server Issue

I installed Plesk for Windows yesterday and have had zero luck making it past the initial login to the control panel. I am stuck at the first screen (after logging in as admin) at the mail server selection. I am using Smarter Mail. All the other servers show (not installed; which is correct) and Smarter Mail shows (not configured).
I followed this article here and moved my Smarter Mail install from its built in web server to IIS. http://kb.swsoft.com/article_145_1171_en.html

However, ALL of the options are disabled and I cannot pass that screen. I have not found anything searching around here to help me fix this problem. Any ideas?

Smarter Mail Enterprise 3.3.2369
Thanks in advanced.

Well, I was able to fix Smater Mail but Smarter Ticket is still not working after this Plesk install. The CP is still not letting me choose a default mail server either.

Old post...

Plesk has broke just about everything. On the origional install, Smarter Mail was working correctly but my Smarter Ticket install no longer worked. I attempted a reinstall of Plesk and now Smarter Mail no longer works. The error is listed below:

Server Application Unavailable
The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.
Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur. I checked the logs and nothing is reported.

My other asp.net applications work fine so I am not sure what is going on. I am beginning to wish I had never installed this as I cannot figure this stuff out to get my server back online.
