Mail Server White List

I'm trying prevent spammers from using my domain email to send spam.
I have my relaying set to "authorization is required". I was told that I only should have one entry in my whitelist, but I have these three entries:

127.0.0.0 / 8
<my.server.ip> / 32
::1 / 128

Is something wrong here?
