Mail service does not function after backup task with domain suspension

This issue still happening in my new server with latest Plesk 9.3/Linux
It's possible?
It's not fixed in this release?
Can I apply the patch for 9.2 that I found in this http://kb.odin.com/en/7019

Really, this fix was not included to 9.3.0 version. You can use this patch from KB article for 9.3.0 version too.

this is not only a backup problem we have the same problem when we suspend / unsuspend a domain !
