How do you determine which ports the mail server is using for IMAP and SMTP?

My server is not set to the default configuration because it was subject to OS Hardening by The Planet.

The defaults are 143 (IMAP), 993 (IMAPS), 25 (SMTP) and 465 (SMTPS). You could run nmap against your server to see what ports are open. You could also ask The Planet what they changed if the default ports are no longer usable.
