Mail tab is missing in plesk panel

one of our plesk domain the Mail tab is missing from the console . we have tried some coding to enable code success but service is not enabled. kindly help us.

plesk version: 11.5
windows server 2012 r2

Please try running the following commands:

"%plesk_dir%\bin\domain" --update example.com -mail_service true
"%plesk_dir%\bin\domain" --info example.com | findstr /C:"Mail service"
