Mailbox quota exceeded, but not working and no notification

Hi,

In the mailboxes I create, I set their size to 500Mb. I've checked a user has exceeded that quota and his mailbox is more than 600Mb size.

As admin, I have not received any email regarding that overuse, and it seems that the 500Mb size limit is not working at all.

Any help of this 2 issues: receiving an alert, and not allowing a mailbox to grow more than the limit...
