• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Mailbox Quota Issue

Hi - I'm running 9.3 for Windows with MailEnable 4.16.

I don't host too many domains and they are all basically mine so I like to setup the template to just keep everything as "Unlimited". So I create the domain based off of that template and everything looks fine as I create the domain and get through the wizard until finished.

Then I got to create a new mailbox on that domain and rather then showing (Unlimited) I get:

"Default for the domain (97.7 MB) "

I can enter a size, but nothing over that 97.7MB will work. Where is this limit configured? Can I create a mailbox larger then ~100MB?

Thanks.

Did you checked - maybe it is limitation from MailEnable side?

I'm playing around with ME directly now - I can set the quota to 1GB in the ME console, but not Plesk. And ME is also sent to Unlimted for any mailboxes created there directly.

Does that 97.7MB limit mean anything? Or I should say where does that come from? Does Plesk use 97.7 anywhere?

Thanks!

Did you checked that client of this domain has not any limit for mailbox quota?
