Issue MailEnable failure getting e-mails

Hi there great Pleks comunity,

I have a big problem. Since yesterday i am working with plesk. I like it very much only i have a problem. After a while figuring out how to set an mail server i have made MailEnable work. I can make my customers set an e-mail adres and i can get to the email adres. Also can i send e-mail's.

Now comes the strange part... I cannot recieve any mails. I have already opend port 25,43,110,578, 993, 995. I have really no idea how to get it worked... I get this error:

In order to access the Mail enable admin console you can either access it from administrator tools on the server OR you should have a shortcut created on the desktop of your server.

If not follow the below steps.

1) Run the mmc by entering "mmc" in the Windows Run command
2) Select the "Add/Remove Snap-In.." menu item from the File menu
3) A list of items that can be added to the MMC will be displayed in a list
4) Scroll through to find the MailEnable Management item
5) Select the item and select "Add..."
6) Select OK
7) Save the msc file by selecting "Save As..." from the File menu.
