• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

MailEnable .. I'm desperate!

Somebody please please help me.

I've been fighting with this for days and days now.

I setup PLESK 9.2.3 with MailEnable. Domain creation and firewallforwarding has all been setup correctly. I can reach my domain(s) from outside without a problem. I create a mailbox @ doman and I can send from that mailbox just fine... internally and to external addresses.

However, when I mail myself from outside, it never arrives.

I've read this forum (I think by now I almost memorized it) and the MailEnable FaQ's. It simply won't work.

Guys what am I doing wrong?? :(

I'm currently working with a testdomain, but at december the 27th I will need to setup this on a live (company) domain.

So please help me! (I'll buy you a beer!!)
