MailEnable: Non-local addresses going to Bad Mail

I posted this in the Mail Enable forums, but was referred here.

I've been having some problems with SMTP. It seems that any mail I send to a non local address goes into the bad mail folder.

When I double click on the message in the bad mail folder, it says "Status: Delivering". But when I hit the View... button, notepad opens up and says "The system cannot find the path specified".

Also there is no mail administrator messages being sent that there is a problem.

Also I am not sure what version of MailEnable I have, where can I check this? I believe it came bundled with Plesk.

Should I update my version?
