• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

MailEnable Pro 4.23 + SpamAssassin 3.2.3 + something to learn -> Error

Ugaitz G

New Pleskian
Hello

We are running MailEnable Pro4.23 + SpamAssassin 3.2.3 into a Plesk 9.3.0 Windows 2008 server.

When I go to Domains->foobar.com->email accounts->[email protected]>Spam filter -> I click on the first icon
It shows all the mails the user has received. If I check one of these and i click on "this is spam" button it shows this error:

Error: Cannot exec 'spammng --train-spam --filename=C:/Program Files/Parallels/Plesk/tmp/spm6577.tmp --password=prueba [email protected]':
Can't open perl script "C:\Perl\bin\sa-learn": No such file or directory
Unable to train spamassasin: Can't open perl script "C:\Perl\bin\sa-learn": No such file or directory

Spamassassin is instaled and the license has power pack. Any idea?
