MailEnable server problem

Hello,

Not synchronizes the Plesk Panel to the MailEnable (mail-server). In the Plesk Panel shows that the mailservice on domain is active, but at the MailEnable (mail-server) is not active.
Every time, I clear than put a check in a checkbox "Activate mail service on domain".

e.g. if users create only redirect for non-existents account, mail-service have status disabled.
