• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Mailing List Confusion - Help needed

I want to create some mailing lists that can be self maintained by subscribes ala mailman. I assume this is possible?

When I go to the mail option and select mailing lists tab, I get the message "Mailing lists are disabled becuse of mailman is not configured."

IMailman is not an option in my list of applications to install.

Could anybody advise of what options I have? What package does plesk use for mailing list management? How do I get it? How do I install it with plesk.

do you find solution about this issue, i have the same prb

Yes. I installed mailman from an rpm and then the appropriate icons appeared in plesk. I think it was under the server area allowing me to configure it - which was pretty trivial - and then I was able to create mailing lists. Having said that, most of the mailman work is outside of plesk.
