mailman archive and sender policy

hi,

I'm using Plesk 8 with pre-installed mailman mailing-list manager. it works fine, but there are 2 problems, which I can't solve.

when opening the mailman archive for my mailing list there occurs the 403 forbidden-failure in browser, which says, that I can't access /pipermail/mailing!?

the second thing is, there are users on the list and they are registered. users who have two or more mail addresses, from which they send to the list, are added to the option "accept_these_nonmembers", but I still have to decide what happens with mails from these users!?

can anyone help?
