Issue Mailparse.so issue

Hello,

I seem to have a small problem with mailparse.

I have it installed on php 7.1 but I get error that extension cannot be found from my php script.
Also on php 7.0 I cannot even install cause I get a make error at the very end of the installation process.

This is on Centos 7.

Mostly I care about PHP 7.1 cause the installation was pretty straight forward without any errors.
Added the extension part in php.ini , restarted everything and nothing.

Any ideas?
