Mails from own users are rejected

Hi,
just setup Plesk 9.5.1 on last saturday and tried to enable greylisting like on 9.3.
It works fine, except it rejects the emails an authorized user tries to send.
How can I fix this?

I´ve redirected this in syslog-ng.conf to /var/log/maillog...

Ok. I have forwarded it to developers for the further investigation. I will update this thread with results.

Greylisting

I went with another program to do my greylisting. I think it is called postgrey. Seems to be working perfectly.

Same problem here (CentOS 5 x86_64) and it's still there after updating to 9.5.2

Any news? Problem is some weeks known now...

Hi Igor,
I found the following:

cd /var/lib/plesk/mail/greylist/settings.db
sqlite3 settings.db
select * from local_domains;
<NOTHING>

Is it possible that the local domains need to be inserted here?

When you disable GL for domain, this domain will appear in this 'local_domains' table.

I just reactivated greylisting, emails are rejected again, and the table is still empty! ?

Can you tell me how records have to look like in this table, I'll try to insert them manually and check if it works then...?

Yes, I'm sure. It is actual for domain, but not for mailbox. Did you tried to disable GL for domain and check content of this table?

Where can I disable GL for a domain? I just know about the checkbox for enabling the serverwide greylisting...

When the greylisting support components are installed on the server, then greylisting is automatically switched on for all domains. You can switch off and on greylisting protection for all domains at once (at Home > Server group title menu > Spam Filter Settings), or for individual domains (at Domains > domain name > Mail group title menu > Mail Settings).
