Mails from own users are rejected

I have updated workaround with patch for all OSes.

But this patch has increased my mails sent due to queue file write error:

instead of one by hour, now i have one mail by minute!!

i don't know if it's the patch here or the queue file error (post) which makes me this, but the queue is totally stopped now. No mails sent, all in the file queue. How can i do? it's a professionnal server for work...
