Mails not delivered: yahoo. hotmail, aol...

Hi I have problems with mail not getting delivered.

I have the domain swisswebhost.ch and have setup SPF.
hotmail still doesn't accept mail from me.

Is SPF enough or should I use "Sender ID" and "Domainkeys" as well?

Are there easy to understand walkthroughs for installing these?
(I use qmail and sendmail)

Why isn't it included with Plesk?

the bounced emails should give you a clue what the problem is. Often the problem is the missing reverse DNS (PTR-records)

reverse DNS is working properly.

And no, the bounce messages, if any, do not give any clues.
AOL sends back no bounce message, and yahoo sends back a "550 mailbox unavailable", which means, so I learned, that the message has been refused by yahoo.
