New Pleskian
- Server operating system version
- Debian 12
- Plesk version and microupdate number
- Plesk Obsidian Web Pro Edition Version 18.0.67 Update #3
My Postfix is configured to use "Zorgeloos Mailen" from TransIP, which correctly adds DKIM signatures to outgoing mail.
However, when a cron job fails, an email is sent from root@[server] using plesk_virtual instead of Postfix. These emails are sent without DKIM and are therefore not delivered, which is expected behavior due to missing authentication.
This issue has been mentioned before and is open for voting here:
Allow DKIM/DMARC/SPF records for the server's hostname domain
Version: Plesk Obsidian Web Pro Edition Version 18.0.67 Update #3
Is there really no other solution for this?
We'd like to keep using DKIM for all outgoing mail, including local system messages.
