Mailserver Failure

Hello Guys

Everytime i try to install a new domain i get this failure:

What's the problem? Before this failure:

Unable to connect to SMTP server on localhost 25......blabla

Can someone help me?

Actually it's well known issue. To fix it permanently you should update your Plesk up to 7.5.6, install latest hotfix for Plesk 7.5.6, update ME up to 1.92 version and then reconfigure ME configuration with 'mchk.exe --all --fix=all' from %plesk_bin% folder.

After updating and fixing the mchk.exe there is a new error.

What's now the Problem? I restarted plesk after fixing

Mail Enable is working now.
But now i've got a problem with php. it shows me that php is not avalaible/installed.
I tried to repair plesk but it didn't work. I saved my Mailserver config and reinstalled plesk again. let's see....
