i'm getting the following error in /var/log/messages:

System informations:

- Plesk 9.3.0 Debian 4.0 93091230.0
- Kernel 2.6.30
- CPU Intel Core i7 920
- RAM 12 Gbytes

Any suggestion/help would be really appreciated to solve this problem.

Do you have mailsrvanalog Segmentation faults in maillog?
It is known bug and it is under developer's investigation now. Only one workaround can be applied now - switch to Qmail MTA.

there are no Sergentation Fault errors but only "general protection" ones:

I'm afraid that switching to Qmail would cause major problems.

Patch for Postfix will be released with Plesk 9.5?
