Maintenance issues

Hi All
We are currently on Plesk panel 10.2. Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1

These issues were also happening on Plesk 10.1

Issue 1
It appears that this issue is happening on some maintenance script i think
The issue is each time this runs overnight the permissions change on the httpdocs folder which changes the Iuser_account user to read access only which then breaks the abilty to update wordpress, joomla sites until we manually have to change it back.

Issue 2
We are smartermail on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1
Plesk keeps adding webmail.OURHOSTINGDOMAIN.com.au back into the webmail site in IIS causing the loop when customers go to their webmail.theirdomain.com.au - to fix this we have to go to the site webmail, then go to bindings and remove webmail.ourhostingdomain.com.au from the bindings then it all works

Hope someone can help with this.

Its ok
It was due to our hosting domain have smartermail on for webmail under the mail tab
Once this was selected to none and the a A record put in for webmail back to our smartermail server all is now ok
thanks
Lee

How issue 1 was resolved? I cannot see how smartermail can cause reapplying of permissions inside vhosts location. Do you still experience issue 1?
