maintenance on FTP repository : "Error: Permission denied error"

I have a maintenance on my FTP repository, when i want restore it i have this error message : "Error: Permission denied error"

I also cannot copy it on server repository !!!!

I have the same problem. Would anyone tell us what is going wrong here ??? Credential are correct. As a proof, the backup to FTP works !!! Therefore, why the hell iss restore or copy or download not working ?

this is due to the ftp server, it accepts only 1 simultaneous connection while plesk need more than 1 simultaneous connection
