I make a big mistake .
I make a mistake and write chown user.group /
and stop this command but some directories owner changed .
/dev /proc /var
I have a backup for /var directory but not have /dev and /proc
is there any way to restore ownership of files in /dev /proc

is there anyway to restore /var files with ownership ?
