Manual configuration of Spamassassin and ClamAV in qmail

Hi:

Could somebody give me some clue about how i could to configure SpamAssassin and ClamAV manually to be used by qmail. The problem is that the qmail doesn't have the QMAILQUEUE patch, and i don't know other way to do it. I have been looking in the Forums but nothing helps to me because they speak about either the spamassassin or clamAV but not both integrated.
