  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved MariaDB not updated

So far, the .x version of MariaDB was never updated by Plesk updates. So I would say that this is an expected and actually desired behavior. Desired, because between the .x version changes (10.1 -> 10.2 -> 10.3) there are some major differences in MariaDB. This is not just a minor update.

i have install obsidian brand new server and here have it again not installed mariadb 10.3 that have installed 10.1 :(

You might be confused about what Plesk controls and what it doesn't.

Please post your exact OS version and perhaps we'll be able to tell you more.

Same for me with a new install:
Debian 9
Plesk Obsidian
MariaDB 10.1 and not 10.3

Debian 9 comes with MariaDB 10.1.

MariaDB 10.3 was introduced in Debian 10.

In other words, there is no error here, MariaDB 10.1 is the expected version for Debian 9 systems.
